Description
• Monitoring branch operations and ensuring adherence to government regulations • Developing strategies, branch business plans, and budgets • Managing patient satisfaction data and quality assessment reports • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance operational success • Leading and coaching branch directors for team development
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in clinical (nursing, therapy), healthcare administration, business or related field required • 3 years in Branch Director role generally required • RN and/or Clinician licensure, preferred • 8 or more years of experience with multi-site healthcare operations preferred • Experience with EMR and/or HIM Systems
