β’ This position serves as support to the sales team and contractor customers by providing product and service information; pricing for all contractor bids, project tracking, following up on open quotes, helping with VE options, with the objective of pulling through new and existing sales opportunities. β’ Communicate clearly, professionally, and effectively with contractor customers and salespeople via telephone and/or e-mail in their assigned territory. β’ Open and maintain customer accounts by recording account information including customer contacts, locations of service etc. β’ Update business partner accounts into ERP with current data. β’ Support the end-to-end sales process to include following up and communicating to the contractor customer. β’ Works directly with Design Consultants and Contractors to pull through specifications. β’ Verify and provide pricing within our ERP system. β’ Review existing quotes and follow up to pull through commercial projects with support from internal and external teams. β’ Process formal submittals for awarded contractors. β’ Calculate and confirm freight estimates based on internal system and external 3PL partners. β’ Create and build long-lasting and trustworthy relationships with contractors. β’ Execute the strategic goals as detailed by the Inside Contractor Sales Manager.
β’ 5+ years of customer service/project management experience. β’ 2+ years of pricing large commercial projects preferred β’ Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook β’ SAP Business One or similar preferred β’ Salesforce experience preferred
