• We are looking for a compassionate Licensed Therapist to support our mission in democratizing access to high-quality mental health care. • Cerebral takes a holistic and comprehensive approach when providing care for our patients. • Our telemedicine therapists collaborate with prescribers as needed, to support clients during their mental health journey. • This therapist role provides direct care for a panel of clients and allows for flexibility when client sessions can be scheduled. • You can see clients during traditional business hours, evenings, or on weekends.

Requirements

• Independently Licensed Therapist in the United States for any of the following license structures: LPC, LMFT, or LCSW. • You are licensed and in good standing in at least one state; must be open to obtaining additional state licenses upon starting. • Master's degree in social work, counseling, marriage and family therapy, or equivalent. • If you are already credentialed with Blue Shield CA, Optum, and/or Cigna CA, that is preferred. • Experience in diagnosing mental health disorders in accordance with the DSM-5 criteria. • Maintain a strong evidence-based clinical skill set while practicing & implementing outcome-focused care. • Empathetic and intuitive listening. • Strong verbal and written communication. • Knowledgeable in crisis response. • Comfortable working autonomously in a telemedicine environment. • Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate various systems & tools with ease (this includes, but is not limited to Google Workspace, Slack, proprietary EMR, etc.). • Passionate about our mission of improving access to high-quality mental health care. • An entrepreneurial spirit or previous experience within a startup or fast-paced environment is preferred.
