• Act as the technical reference of the project, seeking state-of-the-art in solution creation and problem resolution, promoting good software development practices. • Solve (or find who can solve) the biggest technical problems of the project. • Identify priority and non-priority activities of the project. • Conduct and coordinate technical investigative and exploratory activities. • Look to the future within your area of technical knowledge, aiming to propose new technologies. • Ensure technical excellence in the execution of the products to which you are related. • Perform investigations, explorations, or experiments with code to unlock technical obstacles for the team in the context of the project. • Design appropriate software architectures according to the product needs, following market best practices. • Design interaction models between systems and identify points for improvement in interactions between them. • Be able to assign responsibilities and autonomy to the suitable collaborators, taking into account their interests, ambitions, development, and competencies. • Be able to take risks to achieve objectives, as well as to make constructive criticism for the organization's evolution calmly and thoughtfully. • Have knowledge in architecture, design, and development using Java, React (JavaScript/TypeScript), HTML, and CSS. • Knowledge in developing APIs (REST, GraphQL, or JsonAPI) and authentication/authorization mechanisms. • Knowledge of the main design patterns used in the market. • Experience in code review. • Experience in writing automated tests, both for backend and frontend. • Experience with SQL Ansi and MySQL or PostgreSQL databases. • Intermediate/advanced English, with good oral communication. • Hold a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related areas.
