• Develop scalable solutions to enhance productivity at Wellhub. • Plan, build, and maintain platforms to simplify work across teams. • Improve delivery processes and adopt new technologies. • Empower Wellhub consumers with well-designed products. • Conduct technical task breakdown and ensure quality in code and design reviews. • Mentor and onboard new engineers, providing constructive feedback. • Participate in recruiting, contributing to exercises, and team culture.
🎯 Requirements
• Familiarity with backend stacks like Go Lang, Kotlin + Spring Boot, AWS, Kubernetes, and RDS or NoSQL Databases. • Share learnings with the team. • Self-awareness of strengths and weaknesses. • Experience in developing APIs RESTful web services. • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals: data structures, algorithm design, problem solving, asynchronous programming, and complexity analysis. • Proficient in automated testing. • Commitment to product quality, user experience, cost, maintainability, availability, and resilience. • Passion for product development. • Experience designing and developing complex modern service applications. • Experience working with agile product development teams. • Collaboration skills within and between teams. • Strong communication skills, including asynchronous communication in English.
