• Oversee the Finance Database Cloning Project: Ensure the 3rd party vendor's cloning process aligns with business requirements, timelines, and quality standards. • Stakeholder Management: Act as the main point of contact between the 3rd party vendor, internal finance teams, and technical teams, ensuring clear communication and expectation management. • Review and Approve Designs: Evaluate design and technical solutions proposed by the vendor, ensuring alignment with best practices and organizational objectives. • Suggest Improvements: Provide actionable insights and recommendations for improving the cloning process and related workflows. • Issue Resolution: Support the resolution of any technical or process-related issues during the cloning process. • Define Data Governance Processes: Establish and implement data governance frameworks, ensuring data quality, consistency, and compliance. • Data Quality Rules: Develop and enforce data quality rules that ensure the integrity and accuracy of the cloned data. • Develop Operating Model: Define and document a future-state operating model to manage and evolve the finance database in line with future needs.
Requirements
• Experience: Proven experience as a Data Product Lead or Product Owner, preferably in finance related projects. • Financial KPIs: Strong understanding of financial KPIs and finance data management, though deep expertise is not mandatory. Experience managing a finance database cloning project is highly preferred. • Consulting Background: A management consulting profile with experience in financial services or technology consulting is a plus. • Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Snowflake for data warehousing and management. • Experience with Informatica for data integration and governance. • Project Management: Strong project management skills with the ability to handle complex projects, meet deadlines, and manage cross-functional teams. • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
