• We are looking for a passionate and creative B2C Product Manager to join our growing team. • You'll be at the forefront of shaping our consumer products, driving innovation, and delivering exceptional user experiences. • Develop and execute product strategies based on user needs and market trends. • Create and maintain product roadmaps, prioritizing features and improvements. • Collaborate with design, engineering, and marketing teams to deliver products. • Analyze product performance and user feedback to drive continuous improvement. • Manage the full product lifecycle from conception to launch and beyond. • Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform product decisions. • Present product plans and performance reports to senior management.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field • 3+ years of experience in product management, specifically with consumer-facing digital products • Proven track record of successfully launching and growing B2C products • Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision making • Experience with Agile methodologies and product development processes • Proficiency in product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Aha!, Productboard) • Understanding of UX/UI design principles and basic technical concepts • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously • Experience with A/B testing and user research methodologies • Familiarity with digital analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel) • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail • Passion for technology and consumer trends
