📋 Description
• Drive the development and execution of the commercial data strategy. • Lead and execute the Commercial Data Strategy in collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Marketing, Market Access, and other key stakeholders. • Possess deep expertise in pharmaceutical data sets, ensuring HIPAA compliance. • Optimize the insights and analytics infrastructure to ensure seamless data accessibility. • Translate business requirements into effective system solutions. • Manage end-to-end system delivery and ensure efficiency and effectiveness. • Expertise in Sales Force Effectiveness (SFE) processes. • Oversee vendor and consultant partnerships to ensure accountability.
🎯 Requirements
• Advanced degree in a Computer Science, Information systems or business field. • 7-10 years of experience in commercial operations or a similar role within biotech, pharma, or consulting. • Pharmaceutical launch experience preferred, particularly in building infrastructure and processes from the ground up. • Proven expertise in designing and implementing commercial operations infrastructure. • Hands-on experience with data visualization and analytical tools. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and drive strategic decision-making. • Ability to collaborate effectively with both commercial and technical stakeholders. • Exceptional business acumen and the ability to navigate cross-functional environments in a fast-paced setting. • Technical proficiency in Excel, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, and data visualization tools.
