📋 Description

• Lead all aspects of project management, business operations, and process improvement. • Collaborate closely with senior leadership and client teams to ensure timely project delivery. • Align Communications initiatives with overall enterprise operations. • Direct a team of PM leaders for seamless execution of client campaigns. • Oversee development of annual business operations plan alongside Finance and Pillar lead. • Manage resource allocation strategies with optimal deployment of talent. • Develop data-driven forecasts and staffing plans with senior leadership. • Foster collaborative partnerships with clients for transparency and effectiveness. • Mentor project managers and professional staff fostering collaboration and accountability. • Oversee budget management and financial health of client engagements.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 10 years of operations or project management experience. • 5+ years of experience in an agency setting. • Exceptional leadership and communication skills. • Highly collaborative and solution-oriented mindset. • Strong financial management skills. • Data-driven with the ability to track and analyze KPIs. • Strong attention to detail. • Technologically savvy for operational efficiency. • Proven track record of strategic planning and operational excellence. • Experience managing teams.
