Description
• The successful candidate will be part of a sustaining team, responsible for maintaining our Linux distribution (Wolfi) and Chainguard container images. • This role involves working with a diverse range of open-source software, build tools, and programming languages.
Requirements
• Ideal Location: Europe or India • 1 to 2 years of experience working with Linux • Experience packaging software as Linux packages (e.g., APK, RPM) • Experience building and debugging container images • Solid knowledge of working with Kubernetes, helm charts • Experience with cloud infrastructure as code tools, such as Terraform • Programming experience in at least one language • Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills, able to work independently • Passionate about quality and attention to detail
