• The role involves managing sales compensation processes and strategies • Opportunity to work cross-functionally while administering compensation strategies in a hyper growth environment

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience with sales compensation in a hyper growth environment • Familiarity with Go-to-Market roles such as Account Executives, Business Development Representatives, Sales Engineers, etc. • Experience in Sales Operations, Finance, Financial Analysis, or a related function is a plus • Experience with Sales Commission tools (Xactly, Callidus, Spiff, CaptivateIQ, QuotaPath, etc) strongly preferred • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and a proven ability to build strong relationships across all levels of an organization • Extreme attention to detail and a sense of high data integrity for the information you handle • Ability to handle confidential information with a high level of discretion
