• Chainguard is the secure foundation for software development and deployment. • Providing guarded open source software, built from source and updated continuously. • Need a Global Total Rewards Manager to ensure our compensation, benefits, and incentive programs align with our growth and talent strategies. • Role involves continuously evolving rewards programs to meet business needs and market trends. • Play a pivotal role in benchmarking and maintaining competitive compensation structures, administering benefits programs, and designing incentive and bonus plans. • Opportunity to make a massive impact on Chainguard’s future with deep expertise in total rewards.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Compensation, Benefits, or Total Rewards in a global organization. • Expertise in compensation benchmarking, salary structures, and job leveling frameworks. • Experience managing benefits programs across multiple countries, including working with Employer of Record (EOR) service and building processes to support global expansion and remote workforce compliance. • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with HRIS, compensation tools and modeling. • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution. • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory requirements related to compensation and benefits globally. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams. • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with a passion for creating total rewards programs to drive high performance. • A builder’s mindset—passionate about creating scalable people infrastructure to support hypergrowth.
