📋 Description

• IntelliDyne is seeking a versatile Capture Manager to help us grow in the DHA and/or VA. • The ideal candidate will be familiar with all stages of the business development lifecycle, with particular focus on managing the transition from opportunity discovery to the proposal process. • Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret or Top-Secret level security clearance • Status: Exempt • Location: Remote; must live within 1 hour of Vienna, VA or San Antonio, TX

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a capture manager with proven RECENT wins • Deep understanding of DHA and/or the VA organizations and buying habits. • Ability to think strategically and derive differentiators from a company’s capabilities to promote in the delivery of IT services • Ability to gain an in-depth understanding of a company’s past performance and apply that to credible and convincing win strategies • Solid understanding of project management including strong organizational skills and clear, effective communication • Strong understanding of government contracts and contract vehicles • Very experienced with the federal proposal process • Good instincts for when a deal should be no bid or pursued • Experience as a business developer is preferred • Experience with a CRM (like SalesForce) and pipeline tools (like TechnoMile) a bonus
