Care Coordination

📋 Description

• As the Regional General Manager, you will own the overall execution and scale of your region; including hiring high quality teams, developing playbooks to execute at scale, collaborating to build product that improve inefficiencies and experience, and ensure consistent compliance with Plan requirements. • This role reports to the VP of Operations. • Lead a team of lead care team managers, registered nurses and behavioral health manager to execute ECM services. • Own the OpEx P&L for your region. • Drive the quarterly OKRs for your region. • Be the Senior operational touchpoint for Health Plan POCs in your region. • Develop playbooks and SOPs to guide the execution of Enhanced Care Management (ECM) programs. • Work cross functionally with Product, Population Health, Network, and Quality/Compliance teams to continuously iterate and identify areas of opportunity in process or execution for our ECM programs. • Ensure 100% of Health Plan compliance requirements are met for your region. • Ensure the team is meeting all internal performance metrics.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years managing complex and highly operational teams and/or in operations • Experience in virtual health is a big plus! • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage internal and external stakeholders • Strong technical skills and comfort with technology innovation, past experience with CRM databases, basic Excel, Word, email, and video conferencing • Excellent organization skills to meet goals and deadlines • Exceptional communication and presentation skills (both written and verbal) • Thrive working with multiple systems and processes • Extremely detailed oriented and enjoy multitasking • Proven track record of hitting key metrics • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast paced startup environment
