β€’ Chainguard is the secure foundation for software development and deployment. β€’ Founded by the industry's leading experts on open source software, security and cloud native development. β€’ The Technical Enablement Manager will be aligned with our technical GTM teams. β€’ This role will be responsible for continuing to uplevel our sales team members on all things product and industry. β€’ Build robust relationships with leadership and teams in Sales Engineering and Customer Success. β€’ Define the strategy/roadmap for Technical Enablement. β€’ Develop demo methodologies and certification programs. β€’ Partner with Product and Product Marketing teams for technical field readiness. β€’ Coach sales teams for continuous education on industry and product. β€’ Deliver technical training, along with SMEs, in virtual and in-person environments.

🎯 Requirements

β€’ 5+ years of hands on technical experience in Linux based environments β€’ Someone who has held the role (and understands the world) of a sales engineer or customer success manager within the enterprise SaaS space, ideally within cybersecurity or application security β€’ 2+ years of progressive responsibility in technical enablement experience β€’ Demonstrated successful execution of technical enablement programming β€’ Basic knowledge of Container technologies (Kubernetes, Serverless, Docker) β€’ Proficient knowledge with Cloud technology (AWS, Azure, Google, etc.) β€’ Awareness of compliance frameworks such as FedRAMP, FIPS, STIG, PCI-DSS
