Description

• We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Product Management to lead the strategic direction of Chainlink’s Core Services. • This leader will be responsible for driving the vision, roadmap, and execution of developer-focused services, ensuring Chainlink remains at the forefront of blockchain innovation. • The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with a strategic mindset and proven leadership experience. • As Director, you will oversee product strategy, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and manage key stakeholder relationships to drive the product’s growth and market impact. • Chainlink’s Core Services—Automation, Functions, and VRF—enable developers to innovate rapidly by leveraging decentralized Oracle Networks.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or 10+ years of technical product management experience • Proven track record of leading and scaling developer-facing products and services, preferably in blockchain or decentralized infrastructure • Experience managing and mentoring high-performing product teams • Strong ability to work cross-functionally to define and execute a product vision, particularly with engineering, TPMs, and marketing teams • Demonstrated success in building and launching products in new markets • Understanding of decentralized infrastructure, blockchain technologies, and key industry verticals • Ability to influence executive stakeholders and external partners • Experience working in a global, remote-first environment, adept at navigating different time zones and cultural contexts
