Description

• We are looking for a Technical Account Manager with 2-5 years of industry experience to join our growing team. • The role requires the capacity to think critically and troubleshoot with minimal assistance. • This position offers the opportunity to work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers and software engineers, to create scalable AI solutions. • We seek someone with hands-on experience with major DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), or ad exchanges.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Computer Science, Business, or related field with 2-5 years of experience in programmatic advertising, ad tech, or a technical client-facing role. • Relevant certifications (e.g., Meta, Amazon DSP, Trade Desk, DV360 certifications) are a plus. • Hands-on experience with major DSPs (Demand-Side Platforms), SSPs (Supply-Side Platforms), or ad exchanges. • Demonstrated ability to wear multiple hats, such as campaign execution, troubleshooting, and client engagement. • Familiarity with DSPs (e.g., The Trade Desk, DV360), SSPs, and programmatic tools. • Familiarity with ad-serving platforms (e.g., Campaign Manager 360). • Basic understanding of ad tag trafficking, pixel implementation, and campaign optimization. • Knowledge of programmatic auction dynamics and Real-Time Bidding (RTB) concepts.
