β€’ Respond to phone, chat, and email inquiries in a timely and professional manner β€’ Provide accurate and helpful information to clients and tenants β€’ Assist with general inquiries, maintenance requests, and lease inquiries β€’ Troubleshoot and resolve any customer service issues β€’ Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and ensure a positive customer experience β€’ Collaborate with team members to ensure all inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively β€’ Keep detailed records of all customer interactions and follow up as needed β€’ Stay up-to-date on company policies and procedures to provide accurate information to clients and tenants β€’ Assist with other administrative tasks as needed

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent β€’ Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β€’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively β€’ Strong problem-solving skills β€’ Proficient in using various computer programs and systems β€’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment β€’ Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
