β’ High school diploma or equivalent β’ Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote setting β’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal β’ Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively β’ Strong problem-solving skills β’ Proficient in using various computer programs and systems β’ Ability to work independently and in a team environment β’ Availability to work a full-time schedule, including some evenings and weekends as needed
