Description

• Establish and nurture relationships with reseller partners. • Drive sales, enhance market penetration, and foster overall business growth. • Manage reseller partner pipeline. • Establish weekly/bi-weekly cadence calls to review pipeline with partners. • Travel 40% of the time for quarterly partner visits. • Act as primary point of contact for reseller partners. • Address inquiries and concerns promptly. • Equip reseller partners with necessary sales tools. • Set performance objectives and sales targets for partners. • Stay informed about industry trends and market developments. • Work closely with internal teams for seamless coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred). • Proven experience in partner management, business development, or sales roles within the EV charging or related industries. • Strong understanding of electric vehicle charging solutions, technology, and market dynamics. • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal. • Demonstrated ability to negotiate and influence effectively, both internally and externally. • Results-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and Microsoft Office Suite.
