Description
• The Setup Operations team guides new customers through their first payroll run. • As Setup Operations Manager, you’ll be in charge of scaling processes and optimizing partner implementations. • You’ll own key operational and cross-functional initiatives big ops manager.
Requirements
• 5+ years of management experience. • Experience in payroll or enterprise-level implementations. • Proven ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams. • Strategic mindset. • Data-driven decision maker. • Empathetic leader and communicator. • Partner-focused. • Willingness to attend a 3-day company offsite in the fall.
