📋 Description
• Engage with potential members through phone contact • Schedule VIP tours in our medical centers • Educate prospective members about our medical services • Maintain acceptable call metrics and performance standards • Perform other related duties as assigned
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of Medicare and Medicare Advantage programs preferred • Proficiency with computer and web-based applications • Knowledge of Salesforce is a plus • Fluent written and oral English knowledge; bilingual (Spanish or Creole) is a plus • Strong verbal communication skills including active listening • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Products (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
