• Chess Wizards is looking to employ an experienced and results-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. • The Recruitment Specialist will play a critical role in attracting and selecting top talent to meet our organization's hiring needs. • This position requires a deep understanding of recruitment strategies, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates. • The Recruitment specialist will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, sourcing and assessing candidates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience. • Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs and play the role of a consultant. • Screening resumes. • Performing phone and video interviews with candidates. • Administering appropriate company assessments. • Performing reference and background checks. • Providing feedback to applicants and keeping them updated throughout the entire selection process. • Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers. • Following up on the interview process status. • Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved. • Updating reports on job requisition activity.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred). • Proven experience as a recruiter, with a focus on full-cycle recruitment. • Solid understanding of recruitment best practices, sourcing techniques, and candidate assessment methods. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers. • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple open positions simultaneously. • Demonstrated ability to proactively source and attract candidates using various channels and platforms. • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools. • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations related to recruitment and selection. • Perfect fluency in spoken and written English (C1, C2).

Benefits

• Salary: $14,000 yearly or more based on experience. • Schedule: Monday - Friday 8 AM - 4 PM CST, Weekends Off
