• Experienced in implementing packaged applications in a Salesforce Environment • Experienced senior software engineering leadership • Strong leadership skills including coaching, development, team building, conflict resolution, collaboration, and leading through change • Excellent communications skills, both verbal and written, including good technical writing and interpersonal skills • Bachelor or master degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field • Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, with at least 3 years in a senior engineering leadership role • Proven track record of leading and managing high-performing software engineering teams. • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. • Preferred: Experience with healthcare staffing platforms
