Description

• Shape the technical vision for the Provider vertical • Build, grow, and lead a team of senior engineering managers • Create and drive the technical vision and strategy for Provider-facing products • Partner with Product leaders to deliver value to customers • Drive business value with Provider GMs • Champion product innovation processes and initiatives • Lead high impact efforts hands-on • Act as a strong communicator, coach, and mentor

Requirements

• 20+ years of engineering experience including multiple years in leadership • Former CTO / EVP / SVP experience at a large company • Passion for transforming the healthcare industry • Hunger to win and ensure team success • Ability to both lead and execute • Ambitious, scrappy, tenacious, and results-driven • Comfortable making hard decisions and moving quickly • Noted as one of the best problem solvers • Experience managing leaders of teams • Experience in healthcare or highly regulated fields
