Description

• Develop technical solutions and processes to meet customer needs • Manage a team of applications engineers for system design and implementation • Foster client-centered customer service and a positive work environment • Collaborate with sales and other teams for customer success • Stay updated with industry trends and ensure compliance with standards

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in application engineering, and product development • 5+ years of experience in leadership roles in grid-scale ESS, PV ESS and related fields • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent education and experience • Demonstrated ability to attract, hire, develop, and lead a sales engineering organization • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, collaboration and team mindset • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment
