• Manages, plans and coordinates the full project life cycle per contract specifications. • Serves as a focal point and provides guidance and expert support. • Ensures the highest quality of services are met. • Maintains a solid customer relationship, and assures customer satisfaction with the successful execution of the project. • Manages project scope, deliverables, cost, profitability, schedule, quality and resources. • Meets both on time delivery and budgetary objectives. • Leads, supervises and mentors assigned staff. • Provides training and direction for ensuring the achievement of maximum performance with high standards and exercises supervisory personnel management responsibilities. • Interprets contracts, ensures responsiveness and achieves successful performance.
• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance which requires U.S. Citizenship. • Must have government contracting experience and familiarity with Federal grant regulations and laws. • Extensive experience in creating technical training content and materials related to Indian and Native American workforce initiatives.
