Description

β€’ Help build and scale sales efforts for an executive coaching business. β€’ Qualify leads by understanding their goals, needs, timeline, and decision-making process. β€’ Cultivate leads through personalized emails, calls, and other communication channels. β€’ Build and maintain relationships with prospects and provide relevant information. β€’ Work with the Executive Coaching team to identify the best-fit CEO Coach. β€’ Manage the overall sales process and collaborate with CEO Coaches for deal closure. β€’ Keep accurate records of all interactions with leads and update the CRM system regularly. β€’ Develop and direct overall sales and product strategy and optimize lead generation efforts. β€’ Stay updated on industry trends, business trends, product knowledge, and sales techniques.

Requirements

β€’ Previous experience in sales, lead generation, and account management is required with a track record of meeting goals. β€’ Experience selling to C-suite level executives. β€’ Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and persuade potential customers. β€’ Strengths in consultative selling and long-term relationship building, including the ability to build rapport quickly and easily with diverse personalities. β€’ Self-motivated and results-oriented with a drive to meet and exceed targets. β€’ Strong networking skills to build on top of funnel efforts by marketing colleagues. β€’ Organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple leads and tasks effectively. β€’ Ability to travel up to 10 times each year to attend events. β€’ Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools like LinkedIn. β€’ Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is desirable.
