Description

• Support the creation of a new business unit responsible for trading. • Bridge the gap between trading, development, business intelligence, and stakeholders. • Define and prioritize product features to empower traders. • Execute on the product vision and strategy aligned with company goals. • Create, maintain, and prioritize the product backlog. • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and refine product requirements. • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies to ensure effective product delivery. • Ensure the quality of development and efficient resource use. • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure alignment. • Plan and execute product releases with the development team.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in trading environments within crypto, FX, equities, or banking sector. • A deep understanding of trading platforms, TechOps engineering, and algorithmic hosting frameworks, with exposure to crypto assets being highly desirable. • Familiarity with data analysis, systematic trading design, business intelligence tools, and optimization frameworks. • Knowledge of Python, C domain languages, or Rust is a plus. • Practical experience in custom-built trading software solutions and supporting infrastructure. • Experience working in Agile environments (Scrum, Kanban) and a strong understanding of Agile principles. • The ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders at all levels. • A keen eye for detail and the ability to identify and solve complex problems. • Anticipate and prevent bottlenecks, and synchronize multiple operations within different business units. • The ability to lead and motivate teams, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
