Description
• Responsible for initiating, driving and overseeing projects and initiatives related to the post-sales implementation process of our POS business • Seek to continuously improve the efficiency and customer experience of onboarding, installation and onsite support for our merchants • Oversee HQ driven projects • Work cross-functionally with sales and post-sales teams to define processes, optimize operations, track KPIs and drive projects forward
Requirements
• 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations, consulting, project management or working in a similar cross-functional role required • Prior startup experience highly preferred • Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
