• Evolve our marketing automation practices, including driving key disciplines within our marketing tech stack, attribution, segmentation, lead scoring, and program execution • Ensure all programs Marketing Ops are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives. • Influence design and implementation of program builds to improve lead quality and conversion rates. • Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment on lead management processes and handoffs. • Partner closely with Marketing, Sales, Analytics, Operations, and Product teams to continually improve marketing effectiveness, process scalability, and lead-to-closed won optimization • Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance marketing operations processes. • Maintain and improve best practices for data management and hygiene across our external facing platforms.

Requirements

• 5-7 years of experience in B2B marketing with a focus on marketing automation systems / CRM management • You have primary experience using and/or implementing Hubspot or Marketo and working with Salesforce, Outreach LeanData and/or ChiliPiper and project management systems (Asana, Jira, etc) • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including plans, reports, and records. Ensure accurate and timely enablement to stakeholders, providing insights into project status and performance. • You excel at cross-functional collaboration and relationship building, and can handle highly complex projects that impact multiple stakeholder groups • You embrace challenges, welcome feedback, and see effort as the path to mastery. You believe that you and others can always learn and grow. • You are a self-starter, and accept full accountability of your domain, and take initiative to find solutions and focus on what must be done to create success. • You have excellent written and verbal communication skills, and excel at making the complex seem simple. • You constantly evaluate the landscape of marketing tools and systems, always on the lookout for ways we can improve and optimize our stack • You have courage, passion, and the ability to persevere towards challenging goals. You are comfortable in a fast-paced environment, and are agile enough to shift your focus to what is most important for our customers. • You demonstrate care and awareness for how your actions and words make others feel. You find ways to move forward from challenges stronger and happier. You choose to interpret situations positively rather than negatively. • Dig deep into the data to provide best-in-class governance, integrity, and accuracy. • Provide actionable insights into marketing campaign performance to relevant stakeholders.
