Description

• Play a critical role in optimizing data operations and ensuring operational efficiency across various functions. • Oversee all data operations, including market research, regulatory and policy research, call transcription, news and event tagging for machine learning model development. • Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement, implement effective solutions, and ensure the smooth operation of daily activities.

Requirements

• Proven experience in process improvement and operational management, preferably in a technology or market intelligence company. • Experience with data operations and AI/machine learning model development support is highly desirable. • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills. • Proficiency in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma). • Familiarity with data operations and AI/machine learning processes. • Detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized. • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
