Description

• As the Technical Operations Associate at INGENIOUS.BUILD you will get the unique experience of being the go-to professional for Engineering. • You will work directly with the VP of Engineering and Product on process improvement, educating the teams on new and existing processes, and work cross-functionally with the organization to ensure effective communication. • In this position you will be responsible for managing multiple process-related projects for the Engineering department, providing assistance and support with devices, hardware, and software issues, and coordinating and working through various administrative tasks that the VP of Engineering and Product gives you. • We are looking for a problem solver who can be a powerhouse of problem-solving and efficiency.

Requirements

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field • Prior experience in IT support or related roles in a startup or Saas company • Basic understanding of computer hardware, operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux, Ubuntu), and network protocols • Strong problem-solving abilities, excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a customer service-oriented attitude • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies • Prior startup experience is preferred • Relevant IT certifications are a plus
