Description

• We're looking for a motivated professional looking to have their hands in many areas of our growing business • This position is an Assistant to the COO and will ensure all accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) are properly managed • This Assistant will play a vital role in updating and editing the Employee Handbook, departmental process documentation • Learning and helping with all aspects of the employee onboarding and offboarding lifecycles • Conducting specific research assignments and producing Executive Summaries of the results • Processing global payroll and following up on any related issues • Assisting the COO with any HR projects, issues, or concerns • Coordinating meetings and scheduling multiple internal and external calendars • Making company purchases and coordinating any special deliveries with authorized couriers • Booking travel and lodging arrangements for global staff, customers, and partners • Working alongside the Marketing team to review collateral, coordinate events, etc. • Delivering weekly reports to PlanetTogether’s Executive Leadership Team

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher • 2+ years of experience in a similar, multi-faceted role • 2+ years of experience managing AR/AP processes in Quickbooks Online (QBO) • 2+ years of customer service experience • Native-level fluency in English (reading, writing, speaking) • Conversational skills in Spanish, Chinese (Mandarin), Japanese, French (France), or German a major plus
