Trading Operations Analyst

Description
• Assist with the administration and execution of financial transactions • Perform regular reconciliations, prepare internal reports, and manage routine accounting tasks • Review daily cash and position reconciliations and resolve breaks • Work with the Fund Accounting Team on the monthly NAV process • Provide day-to-day operations support for the Trading Desk • Report daily P&L estimates • Corporate Actions processing • Support fund-related projects
Requirements
• 1-3+ years of finance experience, ideally in a middle office operation role or a fund accounting role at a hedge fund, prime broker, or fund administrator • Ability to work from 7am PST • Advanced abilities in Microsoft Excel • Experience working with or the ability to learn enterprise-level accounting software • Experience working with engineers to automate manual processes (preferred) • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economics, Business, or Finance • Authorization to work in the United States
