• Support offensive security assessments, by adversarial emulation through research and development of real-world threat actors’ tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs) and executing these techniques within the rules of engagement. • Conduct penetration testing and red teaming assessments using hacking tools. This includes simulating various attack types such as social engineering, physical intrusions, and network-based attacks. • Analyze security systems and recommend improvements to enhance security posture. • Prepare and deliver technical reports and presentations on findings and recommendations. • Collaborate with other Red Team members and learn from senior analysts. • Perform technical reviews, audits, and assessments to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field – equivalent experience may be considered in lieu of a degree. • Experience in offensive security, including penetration testing and red teaming is a plus, but not required. • Certifications in cybersecurity (Pentest+, CEH, Security+, etc.) are a plus. • Basic knowledge of IT systems, cybersecurity principles, and industry best practices. • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to navigate complex technical challenges. • Good written and verbal communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively with a team of peers.
