Description
• Enable physician leaders to make data-driven decisions on financial, operational, and clinical opportunities • Develop analyses, reports, models, and client-ready presentations • Map out business processes and recommend solutions to operational issues
Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in business, operations, finance or related field or equivalent experience; graduate degree preferred • 3+ years’ experience in consulting or healthcare analytics • Experience in pulling data from EMRs, Athena experience preferred • Experience using Excel to create financial models, visualizations, and consumable reports for end users • Experience in creating client-ready deliverables • Extremely proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook) • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written • Autonomous initiative-taker with an unwavering work ethic
