📋 Description
• Manage monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsible for month-end close procedures around project, fixed asset, and lease accounting processes. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in accounting processes. • Manage accounting processes around financing and operating leases. • Collaborate with facility finance team and Site Liaison. • Support facility leadership with project initiation, • Maintain internal controls to ensure balance sheet accounts are properly supported. • Organize and perform P&L and balance sheet analysis.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Active CPA License (Preferred).
