📋 Description
• Sr. Staff Accountant, Project Fixed Assets and Lease Accounting, manages monthly processes around Oracle Projects, Fixed Assets, and Leases. • Responsibilities include project initiation, accounting, analysis, and reporting needs. • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the accounting processes and manage month-end close procedures. • Collaborate with finance team to review new leases and assist with project initiation.
🎯 Requirements
• Education: Bachelors Degree required, preferably in the areas of Accounting or Finance. • Experience: 4+ years of Experience in projects/fixed assets accounting. • Must possess a working understanding of operational reporting tools and sources within Oracle, including OTBI, FDI, and EPM. • Certifications: Certified Public Accountant (preferred). • Licenses: Active CPA License (Preferred).
