Description

• Manage ERP software implementation projects (participate in discovery, design, system configuration, trainings, UAT, deployment, and Go-live support) • Understand customer user and system requirements and identify specific enhancement customizations if necessary • Document business requirements, Fit&Gaps, and functional specifications • Manage customer expectations and project deliverables, and provide great customer service • Provide functional support for the project life cycle • Work with developers during the development and testing phases • Configure Dynamics BC/NAV application for the customer environment • Draft user documentation • Train users when applicable • Conduct solution demos • Consult customers on industry best practices.

Requirements

• End customer implementation experience • Deep understanding NAV/D365 BC functionality and business processes • Solution and integrations designing experience • Experience in working in a client facing environment and resolving escalations when needed • Customer support experience • English knowledge Upper Intermediate/Advanced level • D365 BC Certifications as a plus • Strong communication and analytical skills • Ability to travel up to 50%
