β’ Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. β’ Facilitate a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a client program or teams. β’ Assist with recruitment and interview process β’ Complete and review screening assessment and document candidate responses. β’ Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems. β’ Schedule non-complex phone, video and in-person interviews. β’ Ensure recruitment team are updated on progress and concerns. β’ Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team.
β’ High school diploma or equivalent required β’ Experience in a business or office environment β’ Customer service or administration preferred β’ Fluent in English β’ Strong communication skills, verbal and written β’ Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook. β’ Ability to prioritize and organize own work β’ Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients β’ Keen interest in recruitment
