Description

β€’ Provide administrative support to the talent acquisition process through pre-hire and post-hire activities. β€’ Facilitate a variety of logistical and recruitment activities to service a client program or teams. β€’ Assist with recruitment and interview process β€’ Complete and review screening assessment and document candidate responses. β€’ Update candidate statuses in the appropriate recruitment systems. β€’ Schedule non-complex phone, video and in-person interviews. β€’ Ensure recruitment team are updated on progress and concerns. β€’ Provide other administrative support to the recruitment team.

Requirements

β€’ High school diploma or equivalent required β€’ Experience in a business or office environment β€’ Customer service or administration preferred β€’ Fluent in English β€’ Strong communication skills, verbal and written β€’ Demonstrated proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite, including Outlook. β€’ Ability to prioritize and organize own work β€’ Desire to provide a high level of customer service to colleagues and clients β€’ Keen interest in recruitment
