• 2+ years of Customer Success and/or Account Management experience in a high-velocity SaaS sales environment • Ability to establish and sustain relationships with prospects, partners, and existing clients • Empathetic, customer-focused, driven, challenge seeking, self-directed learner • Consultative sales approach, using value-based selling, including strong negotiation skills and excellent follow-through • Resolute in leveraging internal knowledge centers, independent development, internal support members and sales peers as part of the information base • Actively drives group synergy in pursuing collective goals • A solid history of quota achievement • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Ability to work independently with professional detail in a fast-paced environment • Bachelor’s degree
