📋 Description

• Join Circ as the Associate Director, Strategic Finance to drive company strategy and support growth. • Empower executive decision-making with quality analysis and guide the company towards achieving goals. • Ideal candidates will have superb technical and strong interpersonal skills.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years experience in fast-paced analytical roles (investment banking, consulting, equity research, investing, strategic finance, etc.). • Strong knowledge of financial analysis and GAAP. • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience. • Exceptional analytical skills and the ability to synthesize and present complex information clearly and concisely. • Excellent working proficiency in Excel (you should be prepared for a financial model case study); comfort with data visualization tools and Python a plus. • Excellent working proficiency in PowerPoint and presenting analyses in a compelling format. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a collaborative approach across all organizational levels. • Strong sense of ownership, intellectual curiosity, and an ability to think creatively and critically and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and often ambiguous work environment. • High attention to detail but an equally important ability to see the big picture and evaluate analyses with strategic business context. • Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and travel as needed.
