Description

• Work closely with business partners to understand products and data • Perform strategic analysis and research to identify opportunities for improvement • Create data visualizations to translate analytic results • Build scalable automation solutions utilizing SQL, dashboards, and other tools • Partner with leaders to effectively communicate business insights and data • Develop strategic problem-solving, quantitative analytics, and communication skills

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative major (Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering) • Strong analytical and data skills, including top notch SQL skills • Strong communication skills - partner across the organization and identify business needs • Strong business acumen and the ability to work through complex and ambiguous business requirements • Self-starter - an entrepreneurial spirit that thrives in a fast-paced environment • Prior experience with visualization using Tableau or similar BI tools • 4+ years of industry experience in data analytics for Senior Data Analyst • 8+ years of industry experience in data analytics for Lead Data Analyst
