📋 Description
• Provide Governance and Securities support. • Prepare and distribute shareholder and board meeting materials. • Assist with SEC filings and corporate policies documentation. • Manage corporate records and administration matters.
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum four-year college degree; paralegal certificate and/or relevant work experience strongly preferred. • Minimum 10 years related Paralegal experience; Minimum 10 years public company and securities experience. • Must be organized, diligent, and proactive. • Must be proficient in Google Suite and Microsoft Office tools. • Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.
