🎯 Requirements

• At least five (5) years of applicable experience as a paralegal in corporate, securities and/or M&A practice areas, with experience at a top-tier law firm with a preference for additional experience in an in-house legal department at a fast-paced pre-IPO company. • Demonstrated knowledge of private company governance requirements, organizational documents, and corporate entity structures. • Experience and familiarity with equity program administration, preferably using Carta software. • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts effectively. • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite or Google suite and ability to analyze, summarize and synthesize data and create reports, preferably using Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets. • Professional certification (e.g Certified Corporate Secretary or Certified Equity Professional) is a plus.
