📋 Description

•Innovates the Circle K brand through strategic problem-solving related to Fresh Food Fast initiatives.•Collaborates with Marketing team to ensure training materials are effective.•Leads a team of Quality Food Trainers to ensure adherence to operational processes and procedures. •Integrates operational adherence and improvement of food safety and HACCP standards.•Provides Food Safety Management Certification training to Store Managers and employees.•Cultivates a safe working environment through implementation of safety practices.•Maintains project schedules and monitors progress. •Evaluates and records training programs effectiveness and recommends adjustments.•Maximizes store sales through merchandising programs. •Conducts training needs assessments, analyzes variances, and recommends improvements.

🎯 Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in business or related field preferred.•3-5 years of retail/food-service management experience preferred.•Food Safety and HACCP operational skills. •SERVSAFE® Manager Certified required. •Strong analytical and organizational skills•Project management experience preferred.
