📋 Description
•Maintains equipment by troubleshooting, repairing, cleaning and performing preventative maintenance •Maintains facilities by performing light electrical, plumbing, carpentry, roofing, cleaning, lighting •Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions •Participates in training classes for existing and new equipment •Ensures maintenance operations by initiating, coordinating and enforcing program policies •Contributes to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed •Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops •Abides to safety policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with federal, state and local requirements
🎯 Requirements
•High School Diploma or GED preferred •3-5 years’ experience in maintenance field or more preferred •1-2 years’ experience in plumbing or HVAC/refrigeration preferred •Valid driver’s license and clean driving record •Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment •Highly organized and able to multi-task •Computer literate in MS Access, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
