Description

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define and articulate the product vision, roadmap, and strategy. • Stay abreast of industry trends, regulatory changes, technological advancements. • Own, manage, and groom the product backlog, ensuring features align with company goals. • Translate business requirements into actionable user stories and acceptance criteria. • Understand the needs of battery manufacturers, fleet operators, energy providers. • Leverage data insights and analytics to inform product decisions. • Maintain clear and concise product documentation, user guides, and training materials. • Support the launch of new features and products, gathering user feedback and iterating based on data.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. • 5+ years of experience as a Product Owner, Product Manager or in a similar role, ideally within the battery industry, automotive, energy storage, or a technology-focused environment. • Strong understanding of battery technologies, lifecycle management, or analytics platforms. • Proven experience working in agile development environments. • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively. • Strong analytical skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions and prioritize based on business and customer impact. • Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. • A proactive approach to identifying problems and finding creative solutions. • Experience working with external stakeholders is a plus. • Passion for sustainability and a desire to make a positive impact. • Experience with data visualization and reporting tools is a plus. • German language skills are a plus.
