• Responsible for driving new business partnerships as part of a sponsorship team • Tasked with generating partnership revenue for the Cirque Brand and Shows • Lead sponsorship outreach, pitches and negotiation across a broad scope of opportunities
🎯 Requirements
• 8+ years of integrated domestic & global integrated brand partnership/sponsorship sales experience within Arts & Entertainment • Successful track record with deal sizes reaching the seven-figure range • Passionate about Arts & Entertainment, fostering creativity and joy within a fast-paced environment • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Skilled storyteller with an entrepreneurial spirit who thrives with autonomy • Hunter-mentality, high EQ, and comfortable with ambiguity • High-level contacts at large / midsize corporations, particularly companies with partnership portfolios • Knowledge of and interest in entertainment and sponsorship landscapes, confident across white-space partnership development • Comfort working in a remote environment across multiple time zones • Multiple language skills a Plus
