Description

• Architect, build and support Linux infrastructure • Design, implement and lead scalable orchestration platform (PaaS) • Influence architectural decisions focusing on security, scalability and performance • Build documentation and instrumentation for visibility and self-healing • Collaborate with engineers to validate principles and represent engineering values • Lead large scale projects to completion • Provide support for other cloud technologies • Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation

Requirements

• Enjoy mentoring and coaching other specialists • Lead large technical projects • Fix, write and review code in various object oriented languages • Know your way around a Linux server or a SQL database • Prior experience in public cloud (AWS, GCP or others) • Automation tools such as Ansible and Terraform • Container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes or similar) • Fix complex technical issues • Design robust, scalable systems
